Meeting between the talks committee formed by the top three parties and chairman of the Terai Madhesh Loktantrik Party Mahanta Thakur ended on a positive note on Today. A meeting of the top leaders of the major three parties is underway at Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar.
Member of the talks committee and vice chairman of the UCPN (Maoist) Narayan Kaji Shrestha stated Makhamali that the meeting concluded with a decision to meet again on Friday after the top three appeared positive on the demands of the agitating Madhesh-based parties. 'Members of the talks committee urged Thakur to end the form of agitation and create favorable condition to remove blockade at the border points', added shrestha.
A source at Baluwatar has informed that the major parties will hold meeting with Morcha representative and Tarai Madhes Loktanrik Party Chairman Mahanta Thakur after the meeting.
